One of the most popular activities students and families have been enjoying due to quarantine is watching movies. The only problem with this is that we are running out movies and shows to watch. New movies and tv shows are not being created due to the Corona Virus, so binge watchers are now experiencing problems. However, I have an all time great movie to share with you today. This is my favorite movie, and I have watched it a plethora of times. “The “Wolf of Wall Street” is based on a true story starring Jordan Belfort, played by Leonoardo Dicraprio, about his thrilling life as a New York stock broker.

The movie itself is full of action, excitement, and entertainment. It goes through Belfort’s life as he works his way up on Wall Street from the very bottom to the top. He begins as a shy character who starts a small business with a couple of friends. He learns his way around being a stockbroker and continues to build his company Stratton Oakmont, until it is the very best. He expands by adding more employees and switching locations. He made millions every single week, and was enjoying the high life.

“The movie was crazy,” Senior Andrew Rygiel said. “I think everybody needs to see this movie before they die.”

He helped improve his friends’ lives by making them rich too. He lived a life that many dream of. The movie includes his famous speech when he decides to stay with the company, along with his family problems. It is very reflective of his actual life was, and Jordan Belfort himself even makes an appearance in the movie. It has both sad and happy moments and a ton of memorable scenes.

Belfort is now a motivational speaker. The movie is very long, but is worth seeing. It will keep you hooked and entertained the whole time. There are never really any boring parts of the movie. It is always exciting to learn how Wall Street works. I recommend going and watching this movie during your free time in quarantine.
