Believe it or not, Christmas time is already upon us. This year there’s a lot to celebrate and be thankful for. Although we may not be able to physically be with our favorite family members, we can still celebrate them with gifts.
While this holiday season has crept up on us, some may have forgotten about buying gifts for others in the midst of a hectic month. No need to fear, however, because here are our top picks for last minute gifts to make on your own or get from the store.
1. DIY Movie Night Kit: come in clutch this holiday season by putting together all the essentials for a successful movie night such as: the recipient’s favorite snacks, microwavable popcorn, a fuzzy blanket, and/or fuzzy socks to stay warm. All these items could be bought at local stores like Walmart, Target, or ShopRite.
2. Homemade Photo Collage: this gift would be perfect for a close friend or family member who you have tons of photos with! Head over to any crafts store such as Michael’s to get a base for the collage like poster board or a wooden board, Mod Podge, and a paint brush to apply Mod Podge. Once you gather all the pictures, lay them out on the base and use the Mod Podge as an adhesive.
3. The De-Stress Kit: considering all the stress 2020 has brought upon us, everyone needs this gift to unwind during the holiday season.
