Impractical Jokers star Sal Vulcano and stand up comic Chris Destefano have teamed up for their podcast HeyBabe. Starting in late November, the longtime friends joined forces and created an hour long podcast full of laughs and stories airing every Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Both Vulcano and Destefano were born and raised in Staten Island and Brooklyn, respectively, allowing them to share similarities about growing up, family, and poking fun at each other.

The guys talk about topics ranging from trying to figure out the origin of Bitcoin and what it even is to breaking the world record for “Fastest to count to 100 while sitting on top of someone’s shoulders.” They never fail to unintentionally generate laughs with their obscure stories. One of the most recent stories Destefano shared regarded how he ate dinner with actor Leonardo DiCaprio and his significant other at the time, and made a complete fool of himself due to his nerves “taking control of [his] body.”

The podcast is streamed on Spotify as well as most other steaming services, but to feel the full effect of the show, one must watch it on the No Presh Network YouTube Channel, which is home to Vulcano’s other podcast “Taste Buds.” Now, watching the hour long episodes can definitely be time consuming but actually watching their stories, pictures and videos, in addition to the the occasional prop makes it worth while. There is also a different atmosphere generated when you watch the episodes and see both hosts erupt into tears of laughter that is simply unmatched when just listening.

“The Babes” also will have a Patreon account launching soon which allows paid subscribers to watch videos posted by both Vulcano and Destefano. Next time you are looking for a stressed and need a few laughs, “let your hair down and come hang out with the Babes!”
