Every week there is a delicious line up at crumble cookies. This week offered fantastic choices and customers lined up, looking forward to purchasing some cookies. Last week’s line up was Semi-sweet Chocolate Chunk Cookie, Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake, Raspberry Cupcake cookie, S’mores skillet cookie, and Chocolate Milkshake. Here are my thoughts from my least favorite to most.
Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake cookie:
This wasn’t a cookie at all, but it was so good. It was soft, nice, and had a combined mix of cinnamon-spice and the flavors just went perfectly together. The description talks about how it has a graham cracker crust, but personally mine didn’t really have a stable bottom. It was mostly just the cream part of the cookie, so it really didn’t fit the description. Overall, this cookie was still my favorite out of all of them. Just be careful, the cream cheese icing is very sticky and will get everywhere. People who don’t like anything creamy or cheesecake flavored in general won’t like this cookie.
Semi-sweet Chocolate Chunk cookie:
The first traditional cookie was the semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie. Lovers of chocolate would love this cookie. It’s just a perfect chocolate chip cookie with tiny flakes of sea salt. It’s very soft and thick and packed with chocolate chips. You really can’t go wrong with this cookie. It’s crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. This cookie fits exactly the description on the website and doesn’t disappoint. It’s a classic.
S’mores Skillet cookie:
This cookie was exactly what I was hoping for. It was ooey and gooey, from the marshmallow. It doesn’t really taste like a skillet but I like the idea of it. Although it wasn’t my favorite cookie, it had some good stuff to it: like marshmallow mousse, a chocolate drizzle, and graham cracker streusel.
Chocolate Milkshake cookie:
While this cookie was delicious, I didn’t really like the cream. I will say it tastes like an Oreo, so if you like Oreos you definitely will enjoy this cookie.
Raspberry Cupcake cookie:
Lastly, this was definitely one of the worst cookies I’ve ever tried. The sour taste from the frosting of the raspberry doesn’t pair well with the cookie, although the cookie by itself was really good it tasted like a sugar cookie but more creamy. Both combined just weren’t the best.
